Love This Product!

"I love the redness solutions corrector! I have tried everything to cover up my redness on cheeks and my nose, which is due to both sensitivity and weather conditions. I always put the protective base on first, then a tinted moisturizer, then i rub the concealer on with my finger to blend it. This product covers so well and I have had this for over a year and still using the same stick. It is worth the money for sure!"

Doesn't Add Up

"I was so disappointed with this product. It doesn't stay on, and makes you look like a zombie. It doesn't cover the way it should and am surprised that Clinique has this on their site. For the price and for what it does, doesn't add up. Used it for one day and wish I hadn't. Yikes!"

"Unfortunately this product didn't do so well on my skin. I have slightly oily skin and when using this concealer it just seemed to melt right off. It didn't stick to my skin and just seemed to clump up in creases."

"I have rosacea flareups and some of the redness solutions products have been extremely helpful in controlling it, along with my prescription topical medications. I use the corrector on my neck after putting the #40 super city block on my face and neck. I dab the concealer on and spackle it with my fingers to spread it so it blends into my skin. I also use it on my dark spots on my face and use a concealer brush to blend it. I then add line smooting concealer in moderately fair on top of the spots and blend that as well. The yellow does combat the redness on my neck. Oh yes, I add blended face powder on my neck as well as on my face. I put the concealers on top of my foundation as putting it under doesn't do a thing and it slides right off when you put on your foundation. A lot of work but worth it, at least for me."

Pros: it is smooth and spreads nicely.

Cons: it has a tendency to melt a little in warm weather, it's a bit pricy for a concealer

Excellent product for red spotty face

"This yellow-based concealer is fantastic, it works well to cover my always-red spotty face and even out the tone. I have tried the yellow powder and all manner of mineral products which just made me break out instantly. I learned that it's better to "pat" it with a little pressure onto the skin rather that smooth it on. I cannot believe I didn't find this sooner -now not so nervous about picture-taking since I have always looked overly red in photos."

Great on redness, tough on dry spots

"I was unsure at first about buying this concealer because I wasn't sure how it would work with the dry spots on my face (cheeks and chin, some spots on the forehead). But I tried it at the Clinique counter with a consultant and decided that its effect on my dryness wasn't as bad as the positive results I saw for my redness (lately, I've been really blotchy on my cheeks, and my chin is always red). The scaly dryness on my chin that is accentuated by the concealer might lead me to stop using it there, at least until my dryness improves (trying the Turnaround Concentrate now for gentle daily exfoliation), but this works much better for the redness on my cheeks than the Redness Solutions loose mineral powder."

Cons: sticks to dry patches

You'll need concealer for your concealer

"This did not work as indicated. I have red spots from a few broken blood vessels on my face in a pretty small place - the size of a peanut? The description says it is good for "targeting stubborn spots", which it is not. It is too creamy to stay in place. You cannot effectively apply it under your foundation - it simply will not stay. Even putting it over the foundation, it doesn't adequately cover. I literally have to put the Advanced Concealer over that. I appreciate the idea of the yellow color fading the redness, but it is not the right consistency. I think they should just make a yellow Advanced Concealer."

Pros: it's yellow

Cons: pricey, too silky to stay in place, doesn't cover small spots even when you use a lot

target corrector under my eyes to hide dark circles, A little repairwear eye cream and a dab of this yellow corrector pressed under eye and POW the darkness is gone and product looks smooth and LASTS all day, So glad I gave this a try. Works so much better than other under eye concealers!"

"Fortunately, my Clinique lady let me try this in the store without purchasing it. I wore it from 4PM to 9PM and wasn't too impressed. Yes, it did cover my redness on my very dry, sensitive skin but by the end of the night it was somewhat drying and I noticed little yellow flakes in my drier prone spots (chin, cheeks). I wouldn't recommend this even though I love the Redness Powder."

Ok for what it is

"Like most spot concealers I have tried it does a better job of spreading out than staying put. If you get enough on to cover a red spot it looks cakey. If you try to pat it around it sticks more to your finger than your face and the red comes back through. I suppose it's ok if you want a little more red coverage on a broader area underneath your foundation as it seems very thin when you get some to stick in place."

Pros: lovely and slim metal container.

Cons: doesn't stick to the face well., ends up too thin to do the job.
