"I am so glad to see that I am not alone in my disappointment with this new turnaround cream. The old formula was the best skin cream I had ever used! Why on earth would you change it? I'm seriously considering looking for a new skin care line elsewhere because Ive been so upset about this and have been using it for years! Please bring it back Clinique!!!!!!"

new Total Turnaround Cream

Pros: it's a good product for someone with drier skin

Cons: i have combination skin-this is too heavy, i wish the price was a little lower

"I'm reading all the reviews on the new total turnaround cream and am seeing that I'm not alone in my wanting the original product back. I signed up here JUST to write a review so you might do what many of your loyal customers are asking...'Please bring back the original'. I live on a 'poverty' level budget ,but always found the money to buy my beloved Turnaround Cream. the original was light and had it's own natural fragrance. I used it all the time and I'm 55, still looking 40 on a good day! I attribute it to good home care with clinique products."

Pros: lightweight, skin is glowing, moisturizing

"After years of acne and all the drying treatments, my skin is so dry and irritated all the time. It's been years since I've had luminous, glowing, smooth looking skin. This stuff is amazing!! I've been using it for one week and I already notice a major difference in my skin. It is softer, smoother, brighter and more even-toned. I don't even mind shelling out the almost $50 for this product. The tiniest bit goes a really long way and I don't see why this jar won't last me for at least 3 months. It's a small price to pay for how gorgeous my skin looks. Thank you!!!"

Pros: real results

Cons: i wish the bottles were a bit larger.

"Thanks, Clinique. I thought my radiant skin was a thing of the past. (I will use the "A" word)... Age had made my skin dull and almost colorless - or so I'd thought. Then I ordered the Radiance skin care line from Clinique. WOW! What a difference. My skin is so much better. Friends and family comment on how great my skin looks. I did not expect such dramatic results - almost immediate. I would not do without these products."

Really Upset

Pros: it does seems to moisturize

Cons: it does not smooth and renew your skin

"This new product is OK. I went in to my local store and purchased my Total Turnaground Cream. When I first went to use it, I said they gave me the wrong product. I went back to the store and the gal said no this is the new replacement product, so I tried it. It is not the same at all, the old Total Turnaround Cream was the best cream I have ever used with the best results. I even used the cream on my neck and tops of my hands.

Please bring it back. Keep the new version for those people who really like it. It is OK, but it does not work the same at all."

NO! NO! NO! Bring back Total Turn Around Cream!

"Had been using Total Turn Around Cream for years with wonderful results. I am 45 years old and people peg me for 30 - 32 and say I have beautiful skin! I went to get my bonus at Belks and was told Clinique had replaced Total Turn Around with Total Overnight, stating same product but with additional moisturizers. NO NO NO!! PLEASE BRING BACK TOTAL TURN AROUND! This is not the same. Feels greasy and smells OLD. Did not like the consistency or feel going on my skin! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED AND HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CLINIQUE CUSTOMER FOR YEARS! Bring back Total Turn Around exactly as it was and make the Total Overnight in addition, but deleting it from customer choice IS A HUGE MISTAKE AND GOING TO COST CLINIQUE BIG IF THEY FAIL TO LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS. I have even tried other creams to avoid the cost of Total Turn Around, and nothing compared, ever, PLEASE BRING IT BACK!"

"Bring back the old Turnaround Cream. I have sensitvity to products I have used Clinique since I was in my 30's and now in my 60's. Also bring back anti gravitiy face cream. It is the only thing that has really worked. I use the anti gravitiy eye cream."

"Old Formula gets 5 starts, this new formula unfortunately gets 1. The difference is night and day. This new product does not moisturize my skin. In fact, after one month my skin looks worse. Clinique lost a 10+ year, loyal customer with this change."

"I have mild rosacea and used the total turnaround as my exfoliator. I tried millions of other things before it, Clinique included, to no avail. I went to purchase more today and found out you have turned it into a night cream. I am so disappointed. I was in tears. Sounds silly I'm sure, but for someone that finally found a product that exfoliated, soothed, moisturized, etc. without drying out or irratating my super sensitive skin...well this product was important to me morning and night. And now, I don't have that option. I have to start looking alll over again. So upsetting."
