"This is a great product but you need to bring back the non pump version of it. Way to expensive for the amount you get and you can not get it all because of the pump. I can no longer purchase this product"

Very Disappointed

"I've used the Total Turnaround cream for years. I cannot say how disappointed I am that it has been replaced with this serum. This is not even close to the radiance I would get with the cream. Every time I used the cream total strangers would comment on my skin. With the serum I have not had one person including friends and family comment on my skin. Give me back the cream - PLEASE!"

Pros: evens skin tone., softens skin

Cons: it comes in a pump., too expensive for the size., does not last for 4 weeks.

"This supposedly replaced the discontinued Total Turnaround Cream. It does a good job, but I can't go out and pay $40+ every other week. My skin absorbs moisture more than others, so I need more product. I don't like the fact it comes in a small pump and you can't get the remainder of the product when you are almost empty."

Not as good as the old product

"Clinique did it again! Changed a good product to something that doesn't work for me. I loved the old Concentrate as it really helped my skin stay fresh looking. The new product may work but I can't get past the oily feel. Leaves me dripping oil by the end of the day. Using even a small amount makes my face feel greasy, even though it says "oil-free". Too bad."

A Necessary Purchase For Me

Pros: unclogs pores, skin looks and feels smooth, helps with fine lines

Cons: a little on the pricey side, bottle could be bigger

"This product is incredible! My skin wasn't looking so great, lots of clogged pores and just plain old tired looking. I started using this product in place of a physical exfoliator and it worked like a dream. I was only using it at night but now I've started using it in the mornings too. My skin looks and feels so much better right after I use this serum. Once it runs out, and it seems to run out pretty fast for me since I need three or four pumps twice a day, my skin goes back to being clogged and tired looking so I try to have this on hand in my bathroom every day. Sunscreen is necessary with this product, but shouldn't everyone wear sunscreen anyways?"

"I have been using this product for about 5 years (both old and new formulas) and my skin looks and feels better then ever, and I get compliments on my flawless porcelain complexion every day! If I have to name the only beauty product I can't live without, that would be Turnaround Concentrate. I use it after my 3-step both morning and night, and it helps my skin look radiant and even-toned, and feel smooth, silky. Bye-bye, ashy skin, flakiness and rough patches:)
Although Turnaround serum isn't cheep, I belive it's worth every penny! Thank you Clinique!"

Miracle in a bottle!

Pros: only need to use a little, keeps skin supple, heals my acne scars

"I received a sample of the Turnaround Concentrate with a purchase several months ago...and I'm still using that sample! A little bit of this serum goes a long way! I'm 27 and don't have bad acne, but when I do break out, the spots are usually deep, bruised-looking, and leave a blemish/scab that usually takes weeks to heal. This serum drastically cuts the healing time to a matter of days instead of weeks! I wash my face and use toner/clarifying lotion, then dab a bit of the Turnaround Concentrate on a blemish or a rough spot before applying any moisturizers or makeup. I do the same thing at night. Again, what used to take weeks to heal is practically gone in a matter of hours! I can't recommend this product highly enough. The price is a bit steep, but it lasts me a long time and is definitely worth it!"

Pros: a little goes a long way spreads evenly over skin, improved skin texture., dispenser is easy to use., lightening of age spots.

Cons: none that i can think of.

"I have been using this product for 4 weeks now. At 64 years of age my face was rapidly being over-taken by age spots (more like blotches)! I can see a visible difference in the mirror. The blotches are actually lightening. They are not gone, but they are definitely decreased. I am pleasantly surprised. Many products promise improvement but never follow through."

"There are few beauty products I swear by and this is one of them! You can honestly tell the difference in your skin tone/texture after just a week of use. "I had mild acne scarring from hormonal/stress breakouts on my chin. Hard to cover up purpleish spots, so a clinique worker recommend this to me. I was very sceptical at first, who would pay that much for so little ?!? I was told about the return policy, so what is there to loose but some horrible acne marks ! I tried it and WOW, within about 3 days my marks had diminished. I was truly amazed, now on my second bottle and my acne marks are barely there...I have to look pretty hard to see them. The bottle actually lasts a good amount of time too, you only need a small amount ! I am so thankful I tried this :)"

"It does what it says. Wonderful results in 3 days. My skin feels so smooth and soft. It gently exfoliates and my freckles and skin blemishes even looks lighter. I love the way my skin feels. I have used it for 2 months and my complexion even improved. My friends who haven't seen me for a few months say that I look fairer and younger. I can't say enough good things about this product. Love it, love it love it!"

LOVE the NEW TACRR

Pros: almost instant results--saw difference in 3 days, leaves skin velvety smooth and soft, only need a pea size to cover whole face!

"OMG! I LOVE this new product! I got it after a month or so it was released. I knew it was going to go at least 4 layers deep to help speed up skin cell turnover. Since starting this, I have NEVER looked back!

Contrary to what one review wrote about it being thicker and not going on as well and making skin feel smooth, I question that she's using the product correctly. I have NO issues with it. It's not thick and goes on PERFECTLY for me. My skin feels VELVETY smooth after I get it put on. She might be using WAY too much, as you REALLY only need a pea size to cover the whole face! She could easily be getting the problem she's having if she's using a full pump!

I believe that Clinique did the right decision in reformulating this product. Usually, I'm against them reformulating to keep up with the advances in technology and them trying to be with the latest trends. I firmly believe "If it's not broken, why fix it?" HOWEVER, this was a good decision and I am grateful I can speed up my skin cell turnover.

I would HIGHLY recommend this product to people. Not only have I been severely dehydrated, but I have major exfoliation issues that need to be addressed and this has DEFINITELY helped me. I have seen results almost instantly. I noticed changes within 3 days!

So in the end, try it! You won't regret it IF you use it properly."

Just what I hoped for..

"My main skin concern is acne, but the products I use tend to make the clear areas of my face dull and flaky. I bought this to help smooth out and improve the texture of my skin, and it worked beautifully! I forget sometimes that behind the pimples, there is beautiful skin! This product worked well to reveal it. Skin is glowing and super smooth. It didn't help my acne any (not that it was supposed to) but it definitely didn't make me break out. Totally worth the price!"
