"I love the texture of this eye shadow. It's soft and easy to apply. It doesn't fade throughout the day. The problem I have is that since you discontinued Sierra Glaze, I cannot find a good color to complement my blue eyes. There is no warm medium brown color! The colors are either too pale or too intense for day look. Please bring back Sierra Glaze!!!!!!!!!"

"Discovered the eye-shadow by accident with a friend. We chose the Keylime pie color and I absolutely adore it. The color stays on all day, looks gorgeous applied and has a golden hue hidden in the color. I am buying another eyeshadow tonight. Pros: beautiful colors, no fallout, product lasts forever

Cons: doesn't last all day

"I purchased the color Peacock, and I was so impressed with the vibrant color. Looks good as a day or night look. Definitely worth the price because I bought mine September 2010 and I still have a LOT left. It is usually a little faded by the time I get home from work (primer may solve that)."

"I actually bought this for my wedding day make up! It gives my eyes that nice soft look but with a nice sparkle! I bought my first Clinique product three years ago when I was looking for good quality cosmetics for my very sensitive eyes. Normally I have allergies to most eye cosmetics but with Clinique it never happened to me anymore. Now, I use only Clinique cream shaper, eye shadows and mascara and I'm very satisfied."

Pros: soft, velvety, doesn't crease

"I have always used cheaper eyeshadows, but for Mother's Day, I bought my mom Toasted Almond. Naturally, I wanted to try hers, and it was so great, I had to run out and get one of my own. It feels so light and soft, and the neutral, slightly shimmery shade is perfect for everyday use. I'm getting Clinique shadows from now on!"

"I ordered the Toasted Almond - it is very light in color, and I have very fair skin. I used to use the Sierra Glaze and that was the perfect shade of brown, but that has been discontinued (as happens with many Clinique colors)."

Pros: long lasting, versatile beautiful color, lots of product for your money

"Great color (desert sun). With my green eyes and brown hair, it is very versatile and is subtle enough for work, pretty enough for day and beautiful enough to be paired with a black liner for night's out. It goes on smooth and easy, as though it was in love with the brush - and never falls onto my cheeks- and at first looks rather dry, but given a few minutes settles and deepens into a gorgeous glow that catches light in ways that add amazing dimension to my eyes -it looks like I've been shading shadows laboriously - with just a simple lash-to-brow application. You also get a lot of product for your money. I've been using mine pretty much daily for three months and there isn't even a dent in it -a little does so much! As far as long lasting goes, even without a primer I've worn this shadow through sweaty, eight hour work shifts in a restaurant environment with steam and poor AC all around -with no fading or creasing to be found (I have rather deep set eyes, so this is wonderful). If there is one flaw to be found it is the mirrored case, which is a magnet for fingerprints and I'm really quite the neat-freak. Even so, I would gladly pay twice as much for this eyeshadow."

"This shade is a very nice neutral that looks pretty for day or evening. It isn't too bright or too dressy. It is so neutral that it looks good with almost any other shade. I ususally wear it with a couple of darker shades. Great with blue eyes!"

"Clinique's soft shimmer eye shadows are soft with a hint of shimmer. Women in their 40s can wear the soft shimmer, whereas the super shimmer line emphasizes lines in middle-aged women. I have to use a shadow base before I apply it, otherwise it doesn't stay on long. Great color selection."
