"Hitting my 40's and seeing a big change in my skin, I now felt it important to pay more attention to how I take care of it. I've never used "skin care" before...always relying on body soap/shampoos to wash my skin in the shower. My mother has used Clnique for many, many, years and has always had such wonderful things said about her skin so I decided I'd visit the department store and check out their products for men. This M Gel-lotion is amazing. I have combination-to-oily skin and I wasn't educated on the need for a moisturizer. This goes on so lightly and absorbs almost immediately and leaves my skin feeling amazing...all without being "greasy." I was surprised that it really seems to control my oily skin. I also like that a little goes a long way and I can definitely anticipate my first tube lasting me months. Excellent job Clinique...I'm hooked!"

Pros: light weight, refreshing, easy use less waste tube, no bad smell

"This product is great for anyone battling oily skin. still in need of moisturizing. its says to use morning and night after wash and scruffing, although iv found just at night before bed works the best to level out the oil on my face. it also absorbs quick into the skin and quite refreshing. great job clinique!"

Good, but not the best

Pros: lightweight

Cons: feels sticky

"I didn't know this was designed for skin that is more oily until I got it. It does feel less greasy than the regular M Lotion. It is very light and spreads on your face very easily. But it has a tendency to feel sticky after it has dried. It goes away pretty quickly, but I always have to wash my hands afterward. I'll be going back to the standard M Lotion."

Literally the best moisturizer for oily skin

Pros: very lightweight suitable for oily skin, leaves skin baby smooth and well hydratred

Cons: not a very pleasant smell but i can live with it

"I've been using a moisturizing emulsion and a couple of creams from a very well known Asian brand, but always got a very oily skin afterwards. My skin is usually shiny and oily on the T-Zone in the afternoon, so I was looking for a proper hydrator which will not cause me to break out and will not make my face shinier. After I gave up on that brand's products (which I frankly didn't want to do, 'cause I really like that firm), and gave M Gel-Lotion a try my skin got so much better. It's practically baby smooth with no trace of oiliness. I'm so happy I gave Clinique a try."

"I've tried many moisturizers and this one is by far the best. Not greasy, absorbs quickly and your skin fills soft and nourished. I have oily skin so I have to be very careful with what I put on my face and so far I'm very pleased. Thank you clinique; you got a new loyal customer!"

"My face is always oily. I had to use Clinique M lotion not to break out. The prob with regular M lotion was the lotion itself was oily and made my face look like reflective surface. This Gel type definitely helps. Less oily, and works like regular M."
