"Despite how much internal hydration I give my body, my lips are almost permanently chapped throughout all seasons therefore, I bought this with high hopes. I've been using it daily several times a day for 2 months and there has been no reduction in my chapped lips."
Pros: absorbes instantly with no residual stickiness
Cons: did nothing for reducing my chapness

"After noticing that my mother had lots of vertical lines above and around her lips, I started taking a more careful look at mine. When I started to see a few faint lines about my upper lip, I got All About Lips and started putting it around and on my lips. It feels velvety smooth and does seem to help smooth out the fine lines, especially above the upper lip. When I stopped using it, I saw them start to come back. I just use it at night, and use regular facial moisturizer during the day."

"I've always had issues with my lips.. especially with the outer edges of my lips.. wanting to get dehydrated. I have finally found something amazing to put on them!! It's so gentle and soothing!! I'am a firm believer in Clinique, and will be a forever customer!"

"My lips are a major problem area. I'm always biting them because of flaking, but this did the trick. It smoothes them out amazing, but does need an overcoat, like the clinique superbalm, to seal it in"

Good product - poor packaging

"I like the product - it works well. But once the bottle is about 3/4 used up, the pump stops working. DON'T throw it away thinking you've run out. Take the lid off and put it into another container - I FILLED a little sample jar with the remainder."
Pros: works well - keeps lips hydrated

Very good lip cream

"I've been using this product for years. The skin on my lips is very dry, but I can't use lipstick of any product that has wax or waxy substance - pretty much anything other than cream. This product is one of very few available on the market. It hydrates without clogging pores.
Main problem - inconvenient packaging. After you've used half the tube, you'll have to open it and transfer the rest to another container with a Q-tip because the pump stops producing cream. At this price they could think of a better container!"

"I use this a few times a week, not sure how it works I just know it does. I really like this in the colder weather when my lips will start to peel after extreme cold, it removes any flaking and peeling and leaves my lips smooth and soft. Non greasy, gentle exfoliate, makes lip lines almost disapear."

"All About Lips is the best lip treatment ever! Chronic dry lips are often a result medications, expose to the outdoor elements, or to indoor heat in the winter, and that says that our life styles are a contributing part of the problem. There was a dramatic difference after only a few days of use, deserves a "Best Product of the Year" award, recommend this to any person, of any age because dry cracked lips are not only unsightly, they are uncomfortable."

"I was introduced to this by the lady at the clinique counter when my lips were dry. I use this daily and when my lips are really dry I add the superbalm lip treatment. I highly recommend this!"

"All About Lips is consistantly the lip treaement I turn to for chapped, dry lips. It's great for prepping the lips for lipstick, and it feels great."
Pros: easy to appy, absorbs quickly

"This little bottle packs a punch and I have been a faithful user since it was launched. I use it a couple of times a day especially first thing after using the 3 step system. It smooths out my lips and makes the little lines less noticeable. Its a must have beauty treat for your lips. I apply it all over as well as around my lips. You only need ne little pump and your lips will be in heaven. It makes my lipglosses and lipsticks apply better and stay longer but the best part is that it makes your lips noticeably more beautiful once you apply your lipsticks or glosses after it...Try it I am sure you wont be disappointed...Thanks Clinique for making such a small lip wonder!"
