"I have the oiliest skin known to mankind. My skin just looked glossy at all times because of it. It really was disgusting until I discovered this 3-step program! Pros: the moisturizer is my favorite!

Cons: my face tends to dry out, i still break out on occasion

"I wanted to wait about a month to write this review so i could know exactly what i wanted to say about this system! in the first week i saw my skin clear up and look healthier right away i broke out a little more but that soon went away so i considered it apart of the healing process. i'm a teenage girl and my acne is mild but hormonal and i still break out around the week of my period and its super annoying. clinique has deffiantly given' me cleaner less acne prone skin but it hasn't cleared it up like i hoped, i'm not discouraged however and will keep using this product because i have seen improvement although subtle. My skin is not a source of huge stress like when i was using drug store brands. since i'm young and the adults in my family (especially my mother and father) have wonderful skin i'm guessing i'll grow out of this stage and clinique will work even better for me as i become a young adult. of course i try to drink loads of water and will start taking vitamin D since it has been said to improve Acne! along with this facial treatment i'm going to eat healthier and do all i can to achieve great skin health. so if your like me don't feel discouraged if your skin isn't the best it could be their are many different safe methods you can try to clear up your skin along with a great product like clinique. we are young and all this taking care of our skin now may feel pointless but we will be thankful later on when we have great skin as adults!"

"Absolutely love these products! The bar soap is my all time favorite. It cleans the day off and leaves the skin feeling squeaky clean! I will continue to use it as long as the company makes it! The toner is a tad strong and stings a little in spots (accidently got the #4 instead of 3) that are tender but overall LOVE it. The mointurizing gel is perfect for my skin! Being it is gel it is NOT too heavy and it is not greasy at all."

Cons: i run out of the toner before the soap and lotion

"So, I wrote a review on the bar soap, seeing as some people like to talk badly about bar soaps in general and I felt like I had to put my two cents in. The three step kit, as whole, is actually what I need to call out though. I had been using general drug store bought cleansers, toners and moisturizers for about 6 years. About 2 years ago I began to have adult onset cystic acne on my jaw line and my chin. My skin looked dull and was a mixture of rough and oily. On top of at least a dozen different cleansers and toners, I tried tea trea oil, changing my diet, salycilic acid treatments, etc. Nothing worked. Many things actually made my skin worse. I had used clinique in my early 20's and it was great, so I decided to fork over the money and try it again. After doing the skin analysis, I bought the comination oily 3 step kit and the gel loition blemish treatment. After 1 month of use, my skin looks great again. I have not had a cystic acne bump for quite sometime! (Anyone with cystic acne knows that it's painful and such a relief when there aren't any bumps on your face!) I'm not saying this is a cure all. I still get the occassional blemish. However, when I do have a pimple, it's smaller, less red and heals much faster. I am so happy to have tried this clinique face kit again. It really has improved the quality of my life. Well worth the money!"

"After ten years of trying product after product on the shelf of the heatlh food store to no avail - every product left my skin either too dry, too shiny, too greasy, or made me break out - I finally splurged and gave Clinique a try. One week of using this and I love it. The moisturizer especially. It really does make me look better, I think twice about even using make up now. And no adverse reactions from my skin! Can't wait to try more products."

Cons: none it is wonderful!!

"I use to use the clinique 3 step system in high school when I had a few breakouts, then I converted over to using the acne wash in combo with the 3 step system. I did not have great results so I quit using it and moved on to another brand. Now 11 years later I've returned back to the clinique 3 step system for oily skin and it's wonderful!!! I do not know why I ever left. I've been using the oily skin system for 2 days now and the oily skin I had is no longer. I absolutely love it!! At first the system seems really pricey but it's well worth the money. The products are great, they actually work and they last a long time. I'm 6 1/2 months pregnant and clinique is very gentle on my skin but gets the job done. THANK YOU CLINIQUE!"

I re-ordered clinique products and in less than a week everyone I meet is complementing my skin as I radiate more than ever. I owe my recent New Yaer GLOW to Clinique.
Thanks a lot as I wont let no other product touch my face other than Clinique.

"Like many other "reviewers" I've been struggling with my oily and breaking out skin. I spent a lot of money in a lot of products that didn't worked out and I was a bit reluctant on spending even more. But one day a friend of mine said to try an oil-free makeup base from Clinique. After that I said "Why not?" so I bought this 3-step Kit for oily skin and now I feel great! Much better! I found the treasure for my skin."

"I have been suffering with acne since my early 20's,I am now 38. I have spent a fortune over the years trying to clear up my skin.The 3 step with the bar cleanser is awesome,the entire set is great,I use the moisturizer for acne during the day and the dramatically diffrent gel at night and my face looks and feels nice and smooth,the improvements were almost immediate.Within a week of useing this system my family noticed a big diffrence,and I can't tell you good it feels to finally have good looking skin. I really can't say enough about these products,they work and sooo afforadble!"

"I reluctantly bought the three step program (type 3) at the adivce of my mother. My 35 year old skin was looking dull from years of not taking care of it effectively. I have bought so many different (and very expensive) products over the years from department stores, spas, dermatologists, etc. Nothing had delivered the results that I have seen with this system. It is worth every penny. I love the moisturizer! I am now a devoted Clinique follower!!!"

"I have been through so much with my skin. I have been struggling with acne for about a year now. On top on the acne, my skin is super sensitive. I was hesitant to try Clinique's 3-step, but my friend has been using it for a long time and has gorgeous skin; so I tried it. I love it! I noticed a difference in a week! It continues to get better with time and has a nice glow. It did not clear up my acne, but I am able to use it in conjuntion with my acne meds. In fact, after seeing how this worked on my face, I decided to try other products, and had overall satisfaction with them. Oh, and I guess I should share that I use the oily soap, #3 lotion, and the gel moisturizer."
