"This is a good product and works well on my 50-something skin. There is a two-step product for use, however. Open tube, use Q-tip to remove dried product from nozzle, then dispense. A bit surprised that Clinique still hasn't addressed the packaging on this item. A good product nonetheless."

Best Moisturizer I've Used for the Eye Area

Pros: extremely effective, attractive packaging, rich texture, effective all day, better results over time

"I've been using the line of mens products for a couple of years now and have had great success with them. I only recently started using the Age Defense for Eyes though, as it isn't readily available from my town. It makes the prominent circles under my eyes nearly disappear, and I get compliments on my eyes looking brighter, lifted, and people continually say I look well rested.

I used the Gel and once it finished absorbing into my skin, its effectivess evaporated as well, so I definitely love this product a lot more since the cream sticks around longer and I see my circles gone until I wash my face. And they have continually diminished with the use of this product.

I also have the issue with the product sticking around at the opening too, but guys, seriously. . .all I do is use my middle finger and gently press it back down into the tube and it goes back down into where its supposed to be. I have not once ad a problem with it clumping into the cap or drying etc. It is that simple.

Good job improving on the original product!"

"I always purchase the men's line as gifts for men. They are a great way to encourage men to take care of their faces and the products are outstanding. At first, the recepient seems a little hesitant to do this type of treatment for themselves, but are obligated as I purchased them the gift. Once they start the regimine, they are hooked. The men's line of Clinique products are great and make for perfect men's gifts!!"

"I understand a lot of people use to like the daily eye gel for men that was sold before this. When this came out I was almost out of my eye gel so I purchased this to use right after that ran out. When it did I found this product to be just as good maybe better. I like the creamy form and the way it applies so well yet absorbs so quickly. Also my eyes look just as good as before actually a little brighter. I also tend to see people complaining about the cap which I find to be so good. Maybe its just me but this product is excellent in my book. It works and has good packaging. Buy it."

Rich for a Men's Eye Cream

Cons: creme is not as effective as original gel., packaging causes waste of product.

"I had used the original Men's Eye Hydrator and was happy with it. The new creme, as opposed to the gel, is too light and not as effective. The packaging is a BIG issue - some of the creme is left on the top of the tube and inside the top cover. It hardens and then is mixed with the new creme that is squeezed out. I have to remember to wipe the top each time or have it harden, which is a waste of product and money. I hope Clinique returns to the original formula."

"After 12 years of using the CLINIQUE skin supplies for men "daily eye hydrator" I was told that they created a new product. I tried the product for the last few months and find it awful. The daily eye hydrator was amazing, why change a product thats good. After 12 years of being a loyal customer I will have to find a new product."

Finally A Great Eye Cream for Men

Cons: a small amount of cream remains around the opening, it dries and thickens under the cap, and comes off into the next use.
