"I got this lipstick (in Sugared Maple) in a sampler pack my husband (then fiance) got me for Christmas about 5 years ago. I had my make-up done for my wedding day, but after 2 different tries, I still didn't like the color they put on me, so I used this one instead, and it was perfect! The color is not overbearing, but is definitely there. It has a little bit of sparkle to it, but it's not glittery. Its goes on smoothly, and doesn't feather. I wouldn't say it's especially long-lasting, but I put all lipsticks & lip gloss on over lip balm, so that probably contributes to it coming off faster. I love the color so much I've bought a couple of extra tubes in case it gets discontinued."

Pros: smooth finish, color

"I couldn't be happier with the Long Last Lipstick in Beauty. I wanted a color that was natural looking but still pretty and this is it! I think I've found my forever lipstick. I was also really pleased with how smooth and satiny the finish is. Other "long-lasting" lipsticks I've used have been really matte, but this is so smooth I haven't used any lipgloss since. It stays on pretty well - though I have needed to reapply after several hours. It is still much better than the other lipsticks I was using."

Golden Brandy

"I've had many of these colors over the years but Golden Brandy is my all-time favorite. I usually pair it with Honey Blush blusher. Its a great combination that looks amazing with my brown hair, fair skin and brown eyes. I've been buying both since the early 1990s."

High Impact

"I ordered high impact after party 27 which looked like soft plum shade tone but after I received it it was a very deep dark burgundy color older brunettes are usually using. Very different from the picture. I am returning it, Clinique is sending me a free label. Hopefully it won't be much work to return, I am ordering a new one."

Pros: very long lasting!

Cons: wasn't true "red red red" on my lips

"I don't wear lipstick that often but am getting into it. This lipstick is great because it really does last a very long time. Now, it doesn't have the same vibrance when you first put it on and it does fade a little but for the most part it works great. I do love this lip color "Red Red Red" but I did notice it turned a little bit more orange than I expected. However I do realize sometimes that's how people's lips react to a certain color. I even woke up the next day and still had the lip color on - now that's great!"

"I ordered this lipstick in the shade Red Red Red. I was searching for a great orange/red lipstick for my warm half-asian complexion. Since I'm allergic to silicones, I can only use lipsticks without them, like Clinique. This lipstick has excellent color payoff--in fact, this particular color is highly pigmented and so bright it's pretty much unwearable. This particular color didn't work for me, as it is not an orange-based red, but has a bright pink undertone to it. It definitely doesn't look anything like the swatch online either. Other than that, this seems to be an excellent lipstick in all other regards, if you pick a color that works for you."

Bamboo Pink--Perfect Shade for Any Complexion!!

"I have this lipstick in Bamboo Pink and LOVE it. I have dark hair, green eyes, and pale skin with nose freckles.

I am 29 years old and have been searching for my perfect shade of lipstick for years. For whatever reason, almost every color I put on my face (whether it be eyeshadow or lipstick) seems to take on a "brick orange" type of color. Apparently, my complexion brings out the orange tones in most pink or red shades. Before now, my only non-orange-looking options have been light, frosty colors--but these do little to make me look sophisticated.

This is NOT SO with Bamboo Pink. It is a flawless muted pink that isn't too light or dark. It gives any makeup style a perfected and finished look with absolutely no hints of orange or copper.

For any ladies like me who have the problem of lipsticks not going on the same color as they are in the tube, I PROMISE this is the color for you. It is identical to its color in the tube and is the most beautiful shade I've ever worn. It also goes on smooth and lasts a while on me--and it never gets dry or crusty."

"I don't like lipsticks that are so strong in color and I was hoping this would be a bit sheerer ~ I compensate by using a light neutral lipstick as a base & then add the Golden Brandy ~ I like the sheen level (not glossy but a nice sheen) and it does last. I will purchase this product again but may try a lighter shade."

"I have very oily skin but am in my 50's and I wanted something that stayed on but didn't dry out.
This is the product that does that. I love how easy and smooth it goes on.
My only con was that it came broken and the tip was smushed but I hate waiting for another so I didn't return it."
