"Hello Everyone, I usually don't take the time to write reviews on products but when it comes to this one I had to. At first I got down about the fact that I thought this three step kit was not working, but with almost all acne treatment you must know to give it time and continue using it. After about 4-5 weeks I can definitely notice my skin being smoother, acne clearing up quickly, a reduction in redness, and a boost in confidence!

I know people say "I've tried everything" and honestly to a point I have tried tons of things, I'm 21 years old and have been battling moderate to severe acne for at least 4-5 years. I've seen 2-3 dermatologists and have been on about 4 different regimens suggested by them, I've done other 3 step programs, and tried various OTC items. Not one of those products have shown me the results clinique has and I couldn't be happier.

I must note that I like the acne soap in bar form better than the foam. I've received the redness reduction mini which I also believe is helping reduce the scarring from the acne that has finally cleared up and I have just purchased the gel spot healer so I can't wait to see how that works. :)"

"WORKS! my skin is soooo much better i love it wayy better than proactive even better than differen i love this stuff but if you get this you HAVE to get the spot treatment as well it gets rid of the acne that makes it pass the 3 steps fasttt! but with this you really cant skip a step use all 3 twice a day with the stop treatment your acne will dramatically clear! i went from always having at least 5 pimples on my face everyday maybe even more to barely getting a pimple and when i do stop treatment most the time gets rid of it that day! it does dry out skin but just use a moisturizer and your good!"

"I have finally come back to using this product and I don't remember my skin being this dry and peeling as much as it is now.

I have had to use Clinique moisturizer for dry to combination skin over top of the Acne Solutions moisturizer in order for my skin not to be so dry and irritated.

I'm going to continue to use it over the course of the month and I hope it gets better."

"I normally do not write reviews, but felt compelled to write one for this starter kit. I have tried every line of acne skin kits from infomercials to high end brands. By far this has been the best I have ever used. As a teenager I never had acne, but after having my 2 sons, my adult acne has flared up and I have been trying for years to get it under control. I tried this kit and after 1 week, my skin was clearing up. I will say that the clarifying lotion after a few days will dry your skin and start to flake, but I noticed that it was essentially removing the top layer of your skin to remove all that dirt and clogging skin. It has now been a month and my face is clear and now I am able to wear my hair in a ponytail, since I have no acne left! Oh and I also have been using the acne solution foundation as well. It's been great! Thank you Clinque"

"i have only been using this product for two days, and my mother said to me wow your skins really clearing up. i cannot believe the results in JUST TWO DAYS!!!!!! i have tried everything to clear up my skin including proactive...and nothing has worked but clinique...if you have acne get this product you wont regret it..i love it!!!!!! my skin is smooth and clearing very quickly and dosent dry out your skin like other products i have tried."

"I am in my late 20's and have tried nearly everything but have been unable to get a hold on my breakouts. I have always had some problems with my skin since my teenage years but after being on some very strong medicine for a year my face was unmanageable. For the two weeks I have been using Clinique I have had excellent results! My face isn't perfect yet but it is healing very quickly and my skin has become more even. The only thing I've noticed (which other people have mentioned) is that it is a little drying. The consultant suggested I use the Dramatically Different moisturizer every other time I wash my face and that has worked very well. After years of frustration I am so happy to have found something that actually works!!"

Pros: this works!!!, doesnt dry out my skin, step 2 and 3 last quite a while

"I seriously cannot say enough about the 3 step acne solutions. I have always had problems with break outs, and I literally have tried EVERYTHING to get rid of them, from store bought products to doctor prescribed medication treatments, and NOTHING has worked like this...I have gone over a month without having a single break out, and if I do get a blemish, it makes it go away so easily and fast.. I will be buying this as long as they have it I am hooked!!! The one and only complaint I have is that the face wash doesnt last very long. The clarifying lotion(step2) lasts quite a while, and the lotion lasts the longest, but I have found that if you use this twice a day plan on buying one face wash a month, you may be able to make it last a little longer if you dont use it twice a day like I do. But I will GLADLY pay the money to have clear beautiful skin!!"

"I bought this product about 3 weeks ago. I was having trouble with acne on my forehead and chin sometimes nose. When i first started using the product i put it all allover my face - not a good idea it is too drying. You can use the cleanser all over the face but the toner and moisturizer should only go in trouble areas. Beware the moisturizer isn't a traditional moisturizer i would say it is more like a spot treatment. After a few days of dry skin i had switched to not using it all over my face and it was much better. I even skipped the moisturizer once a day. You Have to put a real moisturizer on your face after to stop dryness. In the morning I used the even better skin tone moisturizer all over my face and at night i use the turnaround overnight moisturizer (had a sample.) Anyway i noticed a week and a half in that my forehead was perfect and now so is my chin. The odd pimple pops up but goes away fast with the acne solutions moisturizer. I also have the acne solutions spot treatment it is great too! Oh some people say it clears blackheads, it hasn't done that for me yet :("

"I never write reviews but had to for this product. I have not found anything that worked like these products. I would suggest using the starter kit and once your face is all cleared up, switch over to a toner that won't quite dry our your skin as much. This set really cleared up my skin and complexion. I used to break out all the time and now I get nothing but compliments on my clear skin."

"i had always had perfect skin until this past summer. when my skin started breaking out i didnt know what to do! i tried everything that the drugstores had to offer and i even tried a mail order acne solution. none of these products gave me the results that i needed. the drugstore brands didnt clear my skin and the mail order products were so potent that my sensitive skin was peeling off. finally i found clinique and i cannot believe the results! i have been using the three steps morning and night for two months now and my skin isnt perfect, but my goodness, it is on its way! i still have a few whiteheads on my chin but my skin is much more even and i rarely ever get those large red bumps that were spotted all over my cheeks. when pimples do show up they are much, MUCH less severe. when i do get a red bump, i dab a little extra step three on it before i go to bed and it is gone in a few days rather than the weeks that it took for those bumps to clear up before using clinique. another thing that i LOVE about this system is the fact that it has not only cleared my acne but the dark spots from my past acne are disappearing as well! i also use the dramatically different moisturizing gel on my chin and around my eyes to avoid dryness in those areas. overall, if you have sensitive but breakout prone skin, this is the three step system for you! i am now a strong believer in the power of clinique skincare, i will never use another brand again!"
