Pros: price, travel friendly, natural looking, easy to apply

"I had been looking for a product that would help to make my dark and thick brows look more streamlined especially in between tweezing and waxes. This product is perfect! The shaping taupe matches my brows and haircolor exactly. If you are looking for a product to help fill in the sparse areas in your eyebrows and make them look defined, this is for you. It looks extremely natural, even for work. You cannot even tell the product is on! I can apply a couple of minutes even if I am rushing for work. I use the brush given and it works fine. It is easily removed if you happen to apply too much. No complaints about this product!!"

Pros: easy to use long lasting

"Brow Shaper is a quick and easy way to fill in sparse brows. I use a combination of two shades, "shaping taupe" and "soft brown" and I'm very pleased with the results.
I use a larger angled brow brush to apply but the one in the case is ok for travel and touching up(if necessary). The formula is long lasting and it doesn't melt away or smudge in warmer weather. This product is a staple in my stash."

Pros: shaping is a breeze

"I purchased Clinique's brow shaper when I first underwent chemo. I cannot count the number of times people said to me, "At least you didn't lose your eyebrows." When my hair grew back in, changing from brown to grey/black, I switched to Clinique's charcoal with the same glowing results. Thank you - this product was a godsend."

Pros: not a thing

Cons: not true to color, applies horribly, doesn't look you made an effort to shape brows, just not worth the hassle or expense

"Well, not that I was looking, but I finally found a Clinique product that is beyond disappointing. I hate it. I don't like anything about it, I don't like how it applies or lack there of, I don't like the color or lack thereof....it did nothing, and was a waste. I'm sorry to say, I would not recommend this to anyone, I actually say not to get it. I'm sorry, but it's true. I love Clinique, but this was not worth it for me."

"I had been using the brow shaper for 13 years. My fist color was soft brown which was a little bit light for me. Later I bought charcoal and shaping taupe which I use alternatevly depends on color of my eye shadows and can't imagine myself without it. Although the brush it comes with is nice ,I purchased a MAC angled brow brush because longer handle makes it more convinient to apply."

"I have been using this wonderful product for about 8 years now. It's so good that people literally come up and tell me how nice my eyebrows look and what can they do to make theirs as nice! I always tell them to go run and get this stuff! It's fantastic, fills the brow in perfectly without looking fake or made-up, it's very natural. The brush is perfect and the mirror-like compact makes application a snap! It lasts a long time too, so it's a great buy! I use the Shaping Taupe color and I have dark brown hair. It's perfect."

"i've already lost count how many years i'm been using this...while a lot of cosmestics makers stopped producing these powders... clinique is one of a few who's still making them, yey. Told me frd about it and she's now using it, and loving it too!!

and it really stays compared with the other ones. it's very controllable so it's easy to apply. look SO much more natural than the pencils. LOVE IT!"

Pros: lasts a long time, does not smudge, looks natural

"This product goes above and beyond in EVERY way. First, They give you SO MUCH PRODUCT when you only need a little bit that my last palette lasted me FIVE YEARS and I eventually just threw it away for a new one. Second- IT LOOKS SO AMAZING ON! Light brush strokes are the key. A little product goes a long way and voila! Gorgeousness."
