NEED DARKER COLORS !!!!!!

Pros: very smooth

Cons: need darker colors

"I have worn this foundation for years and get so many compliments but I always have to mix it with something else to achieve a darker color. I never tan my face so I need the darker color to bring my white face to match my darker body. I have seriously considered switching brands just b/c of the lack of darker colors"

Pros: none.

Cons: oily look; couldn't seem to control makeup; thick

"Bought this makeup with high hopes. Rarely disappointed with Clinique, however, WORE ALL DAY AND MY NOSE WAS SO SHINY I WAS EMBARRASSED AND HAD TO CONTINUOUSLY POWDER IT DOWN! Figured this makeup would be great for my airline trip, but seriously didn't impress me."

Pros: color stays all day, face stays one color, looks nice

Cons: made my skin feel tight while wearing it, skin becomes dry and flakey afterwards, uncomfortable

"Well first of all, I had bought the wrong color for my face. Despite that, it still made my face feel like i was wearing a tight mask. Although it made my skin feel very dry, it did a good job of covering my whole face and looking like one color. I had bought it to make my acne look less red and less noticeable (for that, i would give the product 5 stars). It looks beautiful (if you have the right color) but it is just uncomfortable. I use it as a back-up IF I HAVE TO if I run out of foundation but I usually just wait to get new foundation than wear it. Make sure to pick the right color to match your skin-tone or your face will look like a mask!"

Best Foundation in the World!

"I've been using this product for years. Once in awhile something new comes along and I will try it out but I always go back to this foundation. It covers everything while still looking beautiful and natural and it lasts for hours! LOVE IT!!!!"

"This product has the best coverage out there. Tried many foundations and this covers everything. At age 55 I have dark spots and redness. Covers it all and leaves you with creamy, clear skin!"

Best Coverage and Longwear

Pros: coverage, weight, longwearing, texture, little goes a long way

Cons: no cons!!

"I have tried almost every foundation by Clinique. I have issues with adult acne, and for a long time used the Acne Solutions foundation (and loved it too!), I still use it occasionally if I have a flareup. But the Continuous Coverage is by far my favorite. It covers BEAUTIFULLY yet still looks natural and not heavy! AND it doesn't cause my face to breakout! I absolute LOVE LOVE LOVE it. If they ever discontinue it I will surely die . . . or just be uglier :("

Excellent Full Coverage Foundation

"First of all, THANK YOU Clinique, for creating this excellent full-coverage foundation! I have always had a difficult time finding a foundation that covers my imperfections around my eye and nose areas. This does the job. I don't even need to use much of it when I apply it. I find it easy to apply after I apply a light moisturizer. I wait a few minutes and then I apply this foundation. Again, thank you Clinique!"

Excellent coverage

Pros: excellent coverage

"I have a lot of redness in the cheek area from rosacea and past breakouts. The redness solutions foundation was not able to cover my redness, so I tried this foundation, and was very impressed. It covers very well. It even covers better if you use a foundation/concealer brush to apply. I am very happy with this foundation. I no longer look like I have red blotchy skin. Thank you Clinique!"

"'I have used Continuous Coverage ever since the product was first offered. Then it was discontinued. I was so dissapointed. Have tried so many foundations since then and nothing was like the Continuous Coverage. Thank you so much for bringing it back. It's the best!!! Used it for many many years."

Awful shades ruin a good thing

"Even the fairest shade is way too dark; it's also muddy looking. It does cover red spots well, but leaves rusty looking spots where the problem is...not really helpful at all."

Good, but limited

Pros: covers everything!--spots pores etc., lasts quite a long time

Cons: not pale enough

"My skin is very pale, and the palest "Creamy Glow" shows is several shades too dark--makes my skin look dirty. I can only really use it in late summer when I have a tan.

But most people aren't as pale as me, so I imagine it's a great product for them."

BEST FOUNDATION I'VE EVER USED

"I love this foundation. I have tried many. My skin is very uneven, and I have some red marks left over from acne. This foundation covers it completely and looks natural! I have been getting compliments at work about how good my skin looks! Please do not ever discontinue this product!!"

Great makeup

Pros: good coverage not heavy very natural

"I received a complementary tube of this makeup when I voiced my disappointment regarding the discontinuation of my favorite Repairwear original formula. Well, I am happy to say that this is close to the Repairwear original in coverage, texture and color. Although it is advertised as full coverage, it is very natural looking, like a second skin, if applied sparingly and over a good moisturizer. Now, if this is discontinued, I am truly done with Clinique."

"I'm 56 and have really good skin, but I have a broken capillary that drives me up the drapes, so I was looking for a more full coverage foundation. For some reason this foundation sank into every little line that I have and looked awful. I tried putting it on in all kinds of ways, but no matter how thin I put it on it looked terrible. Returned it, and of course, Clinique is always wonderful about returns."

Pros: perfect in every way stays on smooth finish

"I just received the continuous coverage makeup and love it. I have been approached by so many people at work complimenting me on my appearance after using the make-up.
Everyone keeps telling me, you look so pretty, I love your make-up. I was amazed at the dramatic difference it made to my appearance and AGE. I'm in my mid 40's and it makes me look and feel a whole lot younger.
I LOVE IT AND THE ATTENTION!"
