Best start-of-day ritual
May 3, 2012
Pros: soothing, cooling, moisturizing
"I always use this product first thing in the morning, and it truely does sooth my skin. I have mild rosacea, and this lotion allows me to go foundation free (on occasion) without feeling self conscious. I do not, however, use it at night, because it tends to leave my t-zone feeling a tad oily. I use this in combination with turnaround overnight radience moisturizer, and I finally feel like I have my very dry, redness prone skin under control!"

Works good
April 30, 2012
Pros: texture, feels fresh
Cons: expensive, clinique needs to make a bigger size., it controls redness does not remove it.
"Love the texture, not to thick, not to watery. It takes most of my redness away, I just have to wait about 10 minutes before applying my make up so my foundation wont mix with it. Makes my face feel fresh and cool. Works better than what my doctor has prescribed for my red skin. You need to keep buying product for redness to stay calm. Skin Flares back up if I stop using after a few days."

Calming, but very thick
April 27, 2012
Pros: calming
Cons: expensive, thick consistency
"I have extremely sensitive skin and I struggle with mild to moderate acne, so I have to be very careful with what I put on my skin. I tend to always have good luck with Clinique, so I decided to try this as a moisturizer. It does calm my skin, and it has caused no break outs or redness. I love the cooling sensation I feel after applying it.
The bottle says to apply twice a day, but I find it a little too thick to wear under makeup, so I only apply it at night before bed. The bottle is small for how expensive it is, and the consistency is thick, like greek yogurt almost, so it can take a lot to cover my whole face. It does not moisturize as intensively as I'd like, but that could be because I use drying acne medications.
I really do recommend this to people with sensitive skin that becomes inflamed due to environmental stressors, but if you have extremely dry skin, I am not sure this will be moisturizing enough. Since using it, though, I do notice a more even skin tone, which is why I recommend it, despite its cost."

Not as Expected
April 21, 2012
Pros: light and feels good when applied
Cons: did not help my redness
"I have tried many products over the past 3 years because of the redness on my face including prescription gel. I gave this a try but I it did not work for me. I like the cream however because it is not heavy. I have used up one jar already but didn't help my redness."

savior
April 17, 2012
Pros: it works and doesn't irritate my skin, nice large jar, only a small amount is needed at a time
Cons: pricey, my skin is a little bit oilier in the mornings
"I have finally found something that helps. I was a sun-burner as a kid and now that I am approaching 40, the damage shows. This cream has really helped. I saw results within a few days. I use this at night."
"We all have a story and here is mine.. I went to a Clinique counter about 4 weeks ago and self consciously told the Lady behind the counter that I was battling with extreme redness on my chest (year around) and, I was tired of people asking me if I had a sunburn. She explained that she had a product that would work and, that she would demonstrate. She place a small amount (about the size of a nickel) on the redness and proceeded to explain the various products that she would recommend. I forgot about her placing the product on the redness. She then placed me in front of the mirror and it was unbelievable - it was NOT red in that spot anymore. I was sold on the spot. I use this product on my face, neck and chest and I am so very happy and satisfied. It is so nice to be able to wear clothing that falls beneath the shoulder blades and be comfortable in my own skin. Thank you Clinique, this product is invaluable to me."

March 21, 2012
Pros: really calms, balances dry and oily areas
"I finally found something that does not cause my face to react, burn or get more acne. My skin looks so good, feels so good and is really clearing up. Even on my chin where I do not get redness. And I have tried so many products, this works!!!"

Fantastic
March 7, 2012
Pros: it worked for me.
Cons: no night cream
"I noticed improvement in a day. I was nervous about spending so much all at once (I bought the whole line of redness solutions), but after seeing how I looked my husband pointed out that it was worth it and I certainly got value for my money. This is the first time my skin has looked good in months. Now I want a night cream!"

Best cream I've found ever!
January 4, 2012
Pros: repairs blotchiness and redness smoother skin
Cons: wish they had a night-time cream
"I have rocesea and blotching fair skin tone. After using this cream for 4-6 weeks, all the blotchiness has disappeared and my skin is smoother than ever! I had dry flakey skin, and just cannot believe the difference. I've tried the youth surge moisturizer, and the new moisture surge, but have not had the same soft smooth results."

Very Soothing On Skin
November 26, 2011
Pros: calms redness and moisturizes
"I have been using the redness cleanser, the mild exfoliator, and this cream morning and night for 3 weeks and I love it. I have very sensitive skin and this is gentle enough even for me. It's also very moisturizing and calming."

Great for roseaca victims
October 14, 2011
Pros: soothing, de-intensifies redness
"Using Clinique's redness solutions along with controlling the things that aggravate my roseaca flare-ups, allows me to work with the public without being "red-faced" all day. For those who do not see any improvement with this cream, research what aggravates your roseaca. Mine is (sigh) red wine, heat, hot water and sun. This cream is not a cure but eases and soothes the flare-ups."

Maybe not the right thing for me?
September 19, 2011
"I have always had a problem with my face turning bright red right after a shower and while applyling mositurizer, over all its blotchy red all over, so I decided to try this cream and much to my dissapointment it didnt really work for me :-( The only thing is that for the very first time after applying cream on my face it didnt turn bright red! I will continue to use it, it might need some time. Also I might look into some of their other creams to replace this one anyway since this product does not have spf or any anti wrinkle :-)"

Okay Moisturizer - Otherwise No Difference
September 15, 2011
Pros: decent moisturizer
Cons: didn't decrease redness, no pump, no spf
"I used this moisturized faithfully and didn't see a different in my redness. It was a decent overall moisturizer but it didn't offer the extra benefit to justify the cost. In addition, I prefer a pump to the open jar so that I can make sure I am using the correct ammount each day."

Finally something that works!
August 7, 2011
"This cream really does work. I have rosesea and this is the 1st cream that actually helps. My skin looks so much better and feels relief instantly. I have been using for 2 weeks now and my skin is actually improving. I also bought the redness solution makeup in calming neutral! I love this makeup. It goes on smooth and covers perfectly. I use a makeup brush and it uses very little makeup with this brush. Thank you Clinique!"

Wonderful product!!
July 15, 2011
Pros: cooling and very moisturizing
"I love this cream. I have Rosacea and extremely sensitive skin. This is the only moisturizer that does not irritatate my face. In additrion, it has a very nice, cooling effect and reduces redness. If I run out and have to use other moisturizers, my face does not feel comfortable and feels hot and sensitive. Love this!! I get auto delivery now so I never run out."

Really liked the product
June 15, 2011
"My face was red, blotchy, and breaking out in little bumps. The first time I used Redness Solutions Daily Relief Cream, I could feel a soothing difference. After using it 2 weeks, my face is much better as far as redness and blotchiness is concerned. The breaking out is still happening, but not as frequent."
