"This product is true to name; it does create the look of much longer lengthened lashes. I was a little skeptical when I first got the item, due to the sparse look of the applicator with little amount of bristles. However, it works very, very well. I couldn't be more pleased with a lengthening mascara. I highly recommend it. Now if only I could find a mascara that lengthens so wonderfully, but was also smudge proof or waterproof."

"I got a sample of this with a Christmas gift and out of all the mascara's I have ever used, this is by far my favorite one. I used two different kinds before to get fuller longer lashes but now all I use is this one and with only one application."

Pros: lasts all day easy to apply inexpensive

"I have tried numerous mascaras, and this is by far my favourite. Adds exceptional length, no clumping. The applicator takes a little getting used to...now I don't know how I ever managed with a big brush applicator. Have no trouble with a second coat, as long as I apply it right away."

"I'll admit, I'm not the most talented when it comes to applying makeup, but I've been wearing mascara for a while now, and I could NOT get this stuff on without smudging the sides of my eyes and the lid right above the lashes. Thankfully I got this has a sample and didn't spend money on it. In general, I haven't been overly impressed with any of the Clinique mascaras, but the others I can at least apply to my lashes while missing most of my skin... not so with this one, the shape of the wand is really awkward. BUT it won a beauty award, so maybe I'm doing something wrong, or maybe it's not for left-handers!"

"First i placed The Primer on my lashes and then i combed in the High Length Mascara and my lashes looks amazing. Its not sticky nor is it hard. It makes my lashes longer and beautiful like i have false eyelashes on. I love this product and i would recommend anyone to use the product. The comb action is easier to separate my lashes into formation. Thanks Clinique for a job well done"

"Good mascara from clinique, it lasts a long time on, doesn't smudge. The only problem I've found is that when the tube is brand new, there's a lot of product coming out so you must remove a bit before applying. The shape is great so it can reach all my lashes. Great result."

"iLOVEthis! this is the best mascara i have ever used. i first saw it in a magazine and decided to try it because of the wand its so different from anything else. i was a little aprehesive about the price but WELL worth it. i have tried so many different mascaras and this is the only one i have bought over and over again. i even cleaned an old wand and use it as a eyelash brush to straighten out my lashes berfore i apply the mascara! Definitely a great buy! GO GET IT RIGHT NOW!"

"I selected this mascara as a sample with a recent purchase thinking 'well this should be interesting' based on the design of the brush. OMG, I couldn't believe how well it enhanced even the tiniest little lashes!!! Clinique's Lash Doubling mascara has been my favorite for years, but it just took a back seat to High Lengths Mascara. I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!"

Cons: clumps on eyelashes

"The first time I use this mascara, it put a big clump on my eyelashes. First of all the brust is too long, and it grabbed all my eyelashes at once. I wish it separated as it lenghthend which it did not. I will stick with the lash doubleing mascara, it has a much better brush!"

"got a free sample in the mail a month ago and threw it aside cause the brush looked weird.but i finaly ran out of my regular stuff so i had to use it.and i am shocked at the difference.people are even noticing and complimenting my long lashes wich is not normal for me .im soo not a reveiw type person either.but it is a miricle worker i tell ya !your missin out :)"

Inconsistent Formula?

Pros: darkening, sof lashes, fun to apply

Cons: messy, clumpy, not water resistant (at all), droopy lashes

"I purchased this product when it first came out and I loved it. It practically doubled the length of my lashes and there were no clumps whatsoever. When I repurchased it recently, I was disappointed. The formula is clumpy and messy, it's so wet I can't apply it without the majority of the product ending up on my lids. Less than half-way through the day I end up with raccoon eyes. I will say that the mascara darkens considerably, and if you're going for spider lashes this is great. Also, it makes your lashes feathery-soft, which I love as opposed to flaky and crackly looking.
I recommend letting the formula dry out for a day or so. Before you apply it, wipe off the applicator. This should give you nice dark lashes that are soft and a little thicker than normal."

"I received this as a sample and love it it! When I first seen the brush I thought it wouldn't do the trick, but it really does make your lashes long. I was amazed at how long it made them. It separates the lashes and doesn't clump. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is it does seem to smear through out day."

"This is a great product. The mascara wand gives you "Liza" lashes -- long, separated, and black. I just love this product, and will never, ever use drugstore versions again. It really isn't that much more of a difference in price, but the difference in quality is evident."
